SINGLE

Pay as you go (variable rate):

Charged $0.15 per work order (calendar-scheduled and work pool items falling into the monthly window) at the end of the month.
E.g. 100 work orders for the month equals to $15.00 charged at the end of that billing cycle.

* Notes:

- Single user accounts can only be logged in from one location at a time.

- Account can be upgraded to Enterprise (multi-user, flat-rate subscription) at any time.

- In the event that there are no work orders for the given month, minimum charge of $0.50 will be made to keep the account active.

ENTERPRISE

Flat-rate Subscription:

Pay a flat monthly rate per user license with access to all of the application features.

* Notes:

- Create and manage additional user accounts.

- Multiple logins (minimum two user licenses).

- More economical for larger organizations who generate a large number of reports regularly.

Perforated invoice sheets

Content of the work order / invoices will be formatted to fit on pre-printed perforated 3-part invoice sheets.
You can order these sheets from the menu bar after login or request a free sample.

Standard letter paper

Content of the work order / invoices will be formatted to print on standard letter paper.

Single User

Pay as you go (PAYG):

Charge per work order (scheduled, as well as work pool items that fall within window) in a given month - calculate the sum on the last day of the month.

* Notes:

- Single user accounts can only be logged in from one location at a time.

- Switch over to Enterprise mode anytime.

Enterprise User

Payment Plan

Basic Enterprise users receive two user licenses, meaning you can have up to two simultaneous users online at the same time. If you wish to add more, you can do so later after you log-in.
